Vegan Mac and Cheese Holt Twins

ingredients

1 Cup Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
4 Sundried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
250g Macaroni Pasta
Paprika
Turmeric
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
Juice of half a Lemon

cooking procedure

1. Start by soaking your cashew nuts in water.

2. In a pan, melt the coconut oil, then cook the onions and garlic for 8 minutes.

3. In another pan, cook the macaroni pasta.

4. Add sundried tomato, paprika, turmeric, tomato puree, dijon mustard, veggie broth, and nutritional yeast in a blender. Then add the onion and garlic too. Blend until consistent.

5. Serve on top of the pasta with a drizzle of lemon. Enjoy.
